If you would rather step away from the property altogether, ask us about guaranteed rent: we take the property on a fixed term, operate it as a short let or HMO, and pay you a fixed rent every month.
We take your property on a fixed-term agreement — typically three to five years — and operate it ourselves as a licensed HMO or a short let. You are paid an agreed rent every month from the start date, whether the property is occupied or not. We handle the occupiers, the licensing, the safety certificates, the repairs and the cleaning, and hand the property back at the end in the condition set out in the inventory. The agreement is with our operating company, named on the contract, and we ask every landlord to confirm their mortgage and insurance permit a company let before signing.
