Every way to pay us, on one page. Payments are handled by Revolut on their own secure page — we never see your card details. Please only pay once we have confirmed your job in writing.
Two ways to pay
Whatever the service, it is one of these two.
Secures your date for any cleaning job. It comes off your final price. Cancel more than 24 hours before the visit and we refund it in full. Cancel inside 24 hours, or if we cannot get into the property on the day, we keep it.
Pay £50 depositFor a balance after the work, an invoice, a quoted job, a commercial contract, turnovers or anything priced for you in writing. Type the amount we agreed and pay it the same way.
Pay an agreed amountBoth ask for your postcode and booking date, so the payment lands against the right job.
Car detailing — pay the fixed price
Per vehicle, paid before we arrive. No deposit needed.
Safe two-bucket wash, wheels and arches, glass, dried by hand.
Everything in the refresh, plus a full interior: vacuum, surfaces, glass and trim.
Decontamination, machine polish and protection, then the full interior.
Which size am I? Small covers hatchbacks, saloons and small estates. Large covers SUVs, 4x4s, large estates and MPVs. Seven-seaters and vans are £15 more — message us first.
Same-visit price. An exterior refresh is £40 (small) or £50 (large or SUV) when booked alongside another Phileos service at the same address, or for a second vehicle on the same visit.
Paint correction, ceramic coating and fleet work are quoted after we have seen the vehicle — pay those with “Pay an agreed amount” above.
Everything else we do
Prices for reference. Secure the date with the £50 deposit, then settle the balance with “Pay an agreed amount”.
